Physical items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in accordance with EU consumer regulations, unless the item is custom-made or personalised.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of both the packaging and the item.

Digital downloads and printable files are non-refundable once access or download has been provided.

If there is any issue with your order, please get in touch and we will do our best to resolve the matter fairly.
