Shipping & Delivery Policy

ArtistRebeccaLS Shop ships original artwork, prints, unmounted canvas pieces, sketchbook pages, and selected physical products from France.

Orders are carefully packaged using rigid shipping envelopes and protective materials chosen to help preserve artwork during transit. The shop aims to minimise unnecessary plastic packaging where possible. In rare cases, protective bubble wrap may be used for fragile items or additional transit protection, and customers are encouraged to reuse or recycle packaging materials where facilities exist.

All physical orders are shipped using tracked and registered postal services from the sender’s postbox to the recipient’s delivery address where available.

Processing and dispatch times may vary depending on the type of artwork purchased, order volume, and product preparation requirements.

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines only. ArtistRebeccaLS Shop is not responsible for postal delays, customs delays, border processing, strikes, weather disruption, or other delivery issues outside our control once an order has been dispatched.

Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. ArtistRebeccaLS Shop is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect address information supplied by the buyer.

International buyers may be responsible for customs fees, import duties, taxes, or import regulations depending on their country’s requirements.
